Terms:
All orders are shipped prepaid, via UPS when possible.  Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Paypal are accepted. All custom and special orders must be pre-paid.

Foreign Orders:
Foreign orders will ONLY be processed upon wire transfer receipt and clearing of US funds. PLEASE do not email us asking if we'll accept your stolen credit card. We will NOT! Please do not ask us to alter an invoice so you can save tariffs, we will not.

Returns:
Returns are gladly accepted within 30 days of purchase. No product may be returned without proper authorization.   All returns other than warranty items will be charged a 15% restocking fee. You MUST call us at 732-751-1403 for an RMA number. Ship the item back, insured, with the RMA number written on the outside of the box. Any item returned without advanced authorization will be refused delivery and returned to you. NO returns on electrical parts unless due to manufacturer failure.

Shipping:
All orders will be shipped UPS whenever possible unless otherwise requested. We try our best to get all in-stock orders out within 48 hours. All shipping charges must be pre-paid. Special freight (overnight, 2 day air etc) will be charged extra, as will oversized or overweight items (frames, engines etc). Shipping charges to Alaska and Hawaii, if higher than the applied shipping charge, will be charged the extra amount.

Warranty and Liability Limitations:
Creative Cycles warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship for one year.  Products failure which falls under our warranty will be repaired or replaced only at our discretion, after Creative Cycles determines the failure is a result of defect in workmanship. Creative Cycles parts are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. Replacement will be limited to parts only, and does not include labor claims. In no event shall this warranty exceed the original purchase price of the product nor shall Creative Cycles be responsible for special, incidental or consequential damages or costs incurred due to failure of the product.  We make no claims as to the fitness of any particular use of our products, since the end use is the responsibility of the consumer.   This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.  Breaking the product,
improper use or installation, accident, water or element damage, abuse, unauthorized repair and/or alteration will void the warranty.
Creative Cycles, Inc disclaims any liability for consequential damages due to breach of any written or implied warranty on all products manufactured by Creative Cycles, Inc.
Creative Cycles, Inc makes no representation as to any of its products expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranties or merchantibility or fitness for a particular purpose.
Creative Cycles Inc parts and accessories are not DOT approved. All our products are for custom application.

Chrome:
Chrome plating is a delicate cosmetic finish and is not designed for durable long lasting use on today's high performance motorcycles. Blueing is not caused by defective chrome. Normally it is caused by improper jetting of the fuel system following an exhaust system change. Our chrome plater will warranty their chrome plating until it is installed on a motorcycle.  THEY WILL NOT WARRANTY CHROME AFTER IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED AND IS IN USE !!  We will gladly honor this same warranty.

NOTE: Motorcycles can be dangerous. Creative Cycles, Inc has no control over the  usage of any  part. We expect our Dealers and  the Dealer's customers to exercise good judgment  as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any  parts. Creative Cycles, Inc assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind because of the misuse or  the improper application of any  parts in any  way by any person. Creative Cycles Inc shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages whatsoever. All matters shall be interpreted under New Jersey law. Use your head!!
