The RAACE Foundation announces Doug Keim & Creative Cycles
as Official Spokesperson for 'Rally for RAACE' -
to Help in the Fight to Prevent Child Sexual Abuse
Harford County, MD, October 2007 - The RAACE Foundation (Race Against Abuse of Children Everywhere) is excited to announce celebrity custom bike builder Doug Keim & Creative Cycles as the charity's spokesperson for their 3 rd Annual Rally for RAACE . The charity motorcycle ride is the foundation's endeavor to bring the motorcycle community together to help raise awareness about the prevalence of child sexual abuse.
Doug Keim owns and operates Creative Cycles. As a master builder of custom bikes and an ardent member of the motorcycle community, Doug will bring to The RAACE Foundation's 'Rally for RAACE' the passion, love and dedication he conveys when creating his motorcycles and working with his customers. It takes courage, determination and the efforts of many to make a difference in the fight against child sexual abuse. But we can - and must - do it. With Doug on board, the foundation anticipates the 3 rd Rally for RAACE will be brought to a new height of participation and involvement from the motorcycle community.
"As a spokesperson for THE RAACE Foundation's Rally for RAACE, I hope to help bring much needed attention to a not so popular issue that needs all of our support," Keim said.
Doug's motorcycles have all appeared in major motorcycling magazines throughout the world, including Hot Bike, VTwin, American Iron, American Rider, Street Chopper, and in mags in England, Germany, France and Japan. He has also appeared with his bikes on television shows such as American Thunder. Doug was voted number one on the Metric Revolution - chosen by the public to have built their favorite bike of the competition!

The RAACE Foundation (Race Against Abuse of Children Everywhere) is a non-profit (501c3) organization dedicated to fighting the epidemic of child sexual abuse by raising public awareness.
An estimated 39 million survivors of child sexual abuse exist in America today. Statistics indicate that 1 in 3 girls and 1 in 7 boys are sexually abused before the age of 18. In 90% of reported cases, the abuser is someone the child knows and trusts.
By bringing to light the prevalence of child sexual abuse, The RAACE Foundation hopes to lessen the social stigma associated with addressing this troubling and destructive social issue. Only when the problem of sexual abuse is faced openly can we hope to protect our children.
